The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals heavy proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and elevated microalbumin/creatinine ratio, suggesting nephrotic-range proteinuria and possible diabetic or other glomerular pathology. HbA1c is low, arguing against chronic hyperglycemia. Urine is cloudy and brown, but no infection markers are present. Prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended for further assessment and management.
