Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results indicate impaired renal function (elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low specific gravity), mild hypoglycemia, mild hyperkalemia, and metabolic acidosis (low CO₂). Urinalysis shows proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, bilirubinuria, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), but no evidence of infection. Findings are suggestive of significant renal dysfunction, possibly with tubular involvement (e.g., acute or chronic kidney disease), and warrant urgent nephrology evaluation.
