Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The laboratory results show good overall organ function and normal blood counts. However, HbA1c is elevated (6.3%), indicating impaired glucose metabolism consistent with prediabetes or early diabetes. Platelet distribution width is also increased, which may reflect platelet activation or variability but is nonspecific. Recommend clinical correlation for glycemic control and consideration of further evaluation for diabetes risk and possible causes of platelet variability.
