Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, low total CO₂, and significant proteinuria, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals protein, glucose, ketones, and abnormal appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), but no evidence of infection. Low urine specific gravity may indicate impaired concentrating ability. HbA1c is low, possibly due to anemia or other factors. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying metabolic or renal disorders.
