Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows evidence of renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine), cholestasis or possible liver dysfunction (markedly elevated total bilirubin, mildly elevated ALT), mild protein deficiency, and coagulopathy (prolonged aPTT, elevated INR). There is also mild metabolic acidosis (low pH, normal bicarbonate), increased red cell distribution width, and mild thrombocytopenia. Further clinical correlation and evaluation for underlying hepatic and renal pathology are recommended.
