Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, low CO₂, and significant proteinuria, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, high protein, ketones, and bilirubin) further support renal dysfunction and possible tubular involvement. HbA1c is low, excluding chronic hyperglycemia. Mild leukopenia is present. Recommend nephrology evaluation and further assessment for acute or chronic kidney disease and possible urinary tract pathology.
