Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, mild transaminase elevation, and significant proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance. These findings suggest impaired renal function, possible tubular dysfunction (Fanconi-like syndrome), and possible hepatic involvement. Further nephrological and hepatological evaluation is recommended. No evidence of urinary tract infection.
