Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, indicating impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals marked proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and elevated microalbumin/creatinine ratio, all suggestive of nephropathy, possibly diabetic or other chronic kidney disease. HbA1c is unexpectedly low, which may reflect recent hypoglycemia or analytical interference. Urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) may indicate underlying urinary tract pathology. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and further assessment for underlying causes.
