There is mild thrombocytosis (elevated platelet count) and a markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may indicate reactive changes (e.g., inflammation, recent infection, or other non-specific causes). Clinical correlation is recommended; if persistent or symptomatic, further evaluation may be warranted. |
