Current blood counts are within normal limits. Notable is persistently elevated platelet distribution width, which may indicate platelet activation or variation but with normal platelet count. Urine results from 2019 show evidence of urinary tract infection (positive nitrite, leukocytes, bacteria, and E. coli >100,000 CFU/mL). No current evidence of anemia or infection in recent blood tests. Recommend clinical correlation for urinary symptoms and follow-up if indicated.
