| All hematological parameters are within or close to normal limits, except for mildly elevated hemoglobin and markedly increased platelet distribution width. The elevated hemoglobin may reflect mild dehydration or individual variation; the high platelet distribution width could indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to platelet activation or turnover. No acute pathology is evident, but clinical correlation is recommended. |
