| The patient shows markedly elevated serum creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment, and mild elevation of ALT. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting nephrotic-range protein loss and possible tubular dysfunction. No evidence of urinary infection. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic kidney disease with possible metabolic derangements; prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended. |
