| All measured hematological parameters are within normal limits except for a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (PDW). This isolated PDW increase may indicate platelet size variability, which can be seen in reactive states or mild platelet activation, but with normal platelet count and mean volume, it is likely of limited clinical significance. No evidence of anemia, infection, or thrombocytopenia. Correlate with clinical context if symptoms are present. |
