| The patient shows persistently low HbA1c values, which may indicate abnormal hemoglobin, analytical interference, or conditions with increased red cell turnover. Renal function is borderline with mildly elevated creatinine. Mild anemia is present (low hemoglobin). Glucose, electrolytes, and lipid profile are within normal limits. No acute abnormalities detected, but further evaluation of low HbA1c and anemia is recommended. |
